A woman was killed and 11 others were seriously injured when a roof of a house collapsed on them in Biralsi village here, police said today.
The incident took place last evening when teh roof collapsed on 12 women, participating in a sangeet ceremony during a marriage, police said.
The deceased was identified as Hukmi Devi (75) and the injured as Sushila, Maya , Sandhu , Purnima , Rani , Saroj , Malsira, Sharmistha, Baby, Sunita and Anuradha were shifted to hospital, they said.
