A man was allegedly killed by his wife and her paramour in Dewa area here for objecting to their illicit relationship, police said today.
The body of Lalji Yadav, who had been missing since Friday afternoon, was recovered from the bushes alongside Indira Canal at Mati area last evening, police said.
During investigation, police detained his wife's paramour Vishwanath for questioning. On interrogation, Vishwanath admitted that he along with Yadav's wife and another accomplice killed him.
Yadav's wife, Kavita, who has also been arrested, said that she decided to kill her husband as he was against her relationship with Vishwanath
The accused's third accomplice was yet to be arrested, police said.
