The accused, Rakhi Devi attacked and hit her sister-in-law Kamla Devi (35) who fell down and was taken to Rourkela Government Hospital where doctors declared her dead, they said.
Police have arrested Rakhi and booked her on murder charge under 302 of IPC, Arun Swain, IIC Plant Site Police Station said.
