The incident is being probed to ascertain the reason behind the extreme step of the woman, said Superintendent of Police, Shiv Sagar Singh.
After feeding poison to Ria (3) and Diksha (2), Simran hanged herself from ceiling of her home in Chanheta village.
All of them died on the spot.
