Ujali Ajit Shah strangulated her sons Jinanda Shah (3) and four-month-old Het Shah when they were asleep before hanging herself when her businessman husband was away, they said, adding she was reportedly fed up with the medical condition of Het.
Police said that the couple had fixed an appointment with a city-based child specialist this afternoon.
A case has been registered with local police and further investigations are on.
