A complaint has been lodged against a youth for attempting to rape a woman here, police said today.
The woman stated in her complaint that her neighbour Shahnawaz (25) entered her house in Kishan colony last night and tried to rape her, police said.
When she raised an alarm, he was forced to flee, they said.
The matter is being probed, police said.
