A woman was injured when a car overturned and hit her after a collision with another vehicle, which was allegedly being driven by a minor in southwest Delhi's Dwarka area, police said today.
Locals alleged that the boy was drunk, while police said as he is a minor, a medical examination couldn't be conducted.
On January 1, a Maruti Ertiga, allegedly being driven by the 17-year-old boy, hit a Wagon R which turned turtle. Kanta Devi (40), a resident of Pink apartments in Dwarka, who was standing by the gates of a housing society where the accident occurred, got stuck under the overturned car, a police official said.

The woman is undergoing treatment for spinal injuries at a hospital in Vasant Kunj and doctors said that she is out of danger.
The boy, who is around seven months away from turning 18 and is a student of Class XII in a private school, had taken his father's car after forcing the latter to let him drive the vehicle, police said.
The minor's car had a parking sticker that was allotted when the boy's father might have attended a convention at Vigyan Bhawan. The boy's parents were apologetic and said that their son doesn't drink alcohol.
Police said that the father of the accused has two cases of scuffle registered against him and runs the business of supplying security guards on a contractual basis.
"We issued an apprehension memo and produced the boy before the Child Welfare Committee (CWC). The father of the boy was also issued a challan under the Motor Vehicle Act," DCP, South-West, Surendra Kumar said.
