The incident came to light last evening when 35-year-old Neelam called a neighbour and informed her that she had consumed poison and administered the same to her two children, Tannu (11) and Piyush (7), police said.
When her neighbours rushed to the house they found Neelam and her children in an unconscious state.
The three were admitted to a civil hospital here from where they were referred to PGIMS at Rohtak, police said, adding they, however, died during treatment.
Police have registered a case of abetment to suicide against Neelam's husband Jitender Singh, a truck driver, on a complaint by her family.
A hunt has been launched for Jitender, who is absconding.
