Body of a woman, around 30, was found in Waliv locality in Vasai town today, police said.
The body had injury marks on her head, according to police.
Police also found an infant near the body and shifted it to hospital for treatment.
The spot at which the body was found is adjacent to bungalow of a yesteryear Bollywood actor, police said.
Police are suspecting it to be a case of murder.
