Woman school teacher helps police catch snatcher

The incident took place in Mandawli yesterday afternoon when Amrita (26) was walking to her residence. The arrested person has been identified as Israr.

Israr allegedly tried to run away but Amrita raised alarm and some locals helped her catch him.
