Sukhveer Yadav had a dispute with his cousin Kunwar Bahadur and uncle Ram Awtar over a piece of land, which led to the scuffle, Additional Superintendent of Police Ratan Kant Pandey said.
Rekha, wife of Sukhveer was allegedly set on fire by wives of Kunwar Bahadur and Ram Awtar, the ASP said.
The ASP said that on Sukhveer's complaint an FIR has been lodged against Kunwar, Ram Awtar and their wives, who were on the run after the incident.
