A married woman was allegedly stabbed to death by unidentified men in Shivdaspura, a suburban town near here, police said today.
The incident took place yesterday when Heeradevi(35) was asleep at a farmhouse here, ACP Chaksu said.
The deceased woman's husband was out of town while her kids were present when the incident took place.
The reason behind the murder is yet to be ascertained, the ACP said, adding that no one has been arrested so far, however, an old enmity is suspected behind the murder.
