A 22-year-old woman school teacher was found shot dead in Naseerpur village in the district, police said today.
Minakshi, who had gone to nearby fields in the village with her father Surajmal, was yesterday found shot dead while her father was found laying there unconscious, they said.
Surajmal has been admitted to a hospital, they said.
The motive behind the incident is not known, police said, adding that investigation in the case is on.
