Women voters outnumbered men marginally in the total electorate of 28,06,690 in ten assembly constituencies in Coimbatore district.
Women voters stood at 14,08,509, men 13,97,938 and third gender 243, according to the electoral roll released by District Collector Archana Patnaik.
Kaundapalayam constituency has the highest number of 4,06,349 voters, while Valparai the least at 1,95,780 voters.
Mettupalayam, Sulur, Pollachi and Valparai (SC) have more number of women voters.
