Telugu actor Nandamuri Balakrishna today said he will not contest elections but will campaign for his party TDP in Telangana.
"As of now, I have not thought of contesting elections. However, I will rethink my stand in case the high command directs me (to fight polls)," he said.
However, the 53-year-old actor-politician said he will campaign for the TDP in Telangana and strengthen the party in the region, which will become a State on June 2.

Balakrishna, the son of legendary Telugu actor and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N T Rama Rao, was talking to reporters at Dharmapuri temple town, about 70km from here.
The filmstar, who earlier had a darshan of Lord Sri Laxmi Narasimha Swamy, said he thanked God for the success of his latest film 'Legend'.
