Work on Ranchi-Lohardaga-Tori railway line in Jharkhand's Lohardaga district would be commissioned by March end, a senior Railway official said here today.
The laying of the line on Lohardaga-Tori division was in its final leg and would be completed by March this year, South-Eastern Railway's General Manager A K Goyal said.
The route would reduce 106 km distance between Ranchi and Delhi via Lohardaga-Tori and curtail two to three hours of travel time, he said.

The General Manager, who was here to inspect railway projects, also inaugurated a new dormitory at the Ranchi Railway station.
