Jharkhand Assembly Speaker Shashank Sekhar Bhokta today said he would accept resignation letters of two MLAs from House membership by March 26.
"They have sent the resignation letters by fax... I would accept their resignations by March 26 as I am looking into the technical aspects whether letters sent by fax can be accepted or not," Bhokta said.
Hemlal Murmu and Bidyut Baran Mahto yesterday resigned from the membership of Jharkhand Assembly.

Both Murmu and Mahto, who won the Assembly elections on JMM ticket, joined the BJP recently.
After the Speaker accepts their resignation letters, the strength of the 82-member Jharkhand Assembly would be reduced to 79.
On Thursday last, Chandrasekhar Dubey, who quit Congress and joined the Trinamool Congress, had resigned as MLA.
