"I can't say anything in details about the film with Rituda who wanted to cast me in his film and its name has not been decided. The shooting may start in February," Koel told PTI at a meet this evening to celebrate the success of Doshhomi in a heritage sweet shop of north Kolkata.

Asked if she will turn more choosy about films after marriage with leading Bengali film producer Nishpal Rane, Koel said, "I will be choosy in picking up scripts but not confined to one genre."

Asserting that she would also be looking forward to do more such characters like Tuli in Doshhomi, Koel said "I have seen a lot of girls like Tuli at puja pandals, she resembles a lot of girls of this generation."

On celebrating the success of Doshhomi, she said, "We are all habituated with feeding each other with sweets and exchanging pleasantries on the occasion of Bijoya Doshomi. I do it at our Mallick barir (Mullick household) pujo."

But celebrating the success of a puja-based film at a 200-year-old sweetshop Nabakrishna Guin is something unique, she said.

Indraneil, who portrayed a para youth in the movie, said the film's success was very satisfying

"Because of Doshhomi I sensed the frenzy centering Durga Puja in city. We exchange sweets at our homes on Bijaya Doshomi in Mumbai," he said.
