Xavient to recruit 1,000 people in India this year

IT consulting and software services company Xavient Information Systems plans to recruit over 1,000 people at its Noida and Bengaluru offices as the frim looks to ramp up its offshore delivery capabilities.

The California-based company has about 80 per cent of its 3,000 plus employees based in India.

"We have seen strong growth in business and are aggressively expanding our delivery capabilities to meet this demand. We are looking at hiring over 1,000 people for our Noida and Bengaluru offices," Xavient Information Systems Executive VP Arshad Majeed told PTI.

The recruitment will be done across all verticals, he said

However, Majeed declined to comment on the company's revenues.
 

The company offers a variety of services namely, next-gen solutions, enterprise application services, open source platform services, integrated engineering solutions, mobility solutions, IT infrastructure services, UI/UX services, testing and quality assurance, and application development and maintenance.

Majeed said delivery centre is the backbone of the business for any IT services company.

"India has a rich talent pool and that is the reason why we have such a huge presence here. India has been a significant market for Xavient in delivering the best IT solutions and consulting services to our clients across the globe," he said.

Telecom, retail, healthcare, banking and financial services and manufacturing are some of the key focus verticals for the company.

Set up in 2002, Xavient has facilities in Canada, Simi Valley, California and Herndon, Virginia.
