The XLRI - Xavier School of Management, one of India's premier B-Schools, has announced admission to the Executive Diploma course in Human Resource Management for working executives.
This consolidated programme has been designed especially for working executives to enhance their professional knowledge and skills essential to play the HR role effectively and earn an Executive Diploma in HRM, while working, an XLRI release said here today.
The programme aims to provide the participants with an in-depth understanding of various concepts in HR and get them tuned to the latest developments and best practices in the sector, to prepare the students to head the HR function in the operating divisions.
The applicant to this 16-month programme has to be a graduate in any discipline, with minimum of 5 years of full time work experience in managerial positions.
