Swaraj Abhiyan leader Yogendra Yadav today demanded a probe into the allegations of sacked Delhi Minister Kapil Mishra that the AAP engaged in "massive" financial irregularities.

Taking to Twitter, Yadav also took a dig at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Mishra, describing the duo as a "model of guru-shishya" tradition and quipped that the latter today outdid his "guru".

Yadav targeted the two leaders after Mishra fainted at a media conference today but not before he accused Kejriwal and his Aam Aadmi Party of "massive" financial irregularities.

"Kapil repeats old but serious charges, needs probe. But why no action against BJP Cong on foreign funds?(sic)

"Kejriwal-Kapil is a model of Guru-Shishya parampara! Today it seemed @KapilMishraAAP is outdoing his guru!(sic)" Yadav tweeted.

Mishra also demanded Kejriwal's resignation and said if he didn't step down, the former water minister would "drag" the chief minister by his "collar" and "lock him up" in Delhi's Tihar Jail.
