Samajwadi Party won (the Assembly elections) not due to Muslims, but due to Yadav voters, Minister for Basic Education Wasim Ahmad told mediapersons here.
The comment is in contradiction to the SP's claim that Muslims played an important role in helping the party get a thumping majority in the Assembly elections.
