Addressing the dharna, state Youth Congress President Lalan Kumar accused senior BJP minister Nand Kishore Yadav of failing to ensure uninterrupted power supply in Patna city area causing drinking water crisis in the area.
He threatened that the youth congress activists would soon call a bandh in city area if the power supply and law and order situation did not improve within a week.
