YEIDAB approves Rs 4K-crore budget for FY17

Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority Board today approved Rs 4,028.86-crore budget for FY 2016-17.

The authority has earmarked Rs 1,500 crore for compensation against land acquisitions, Rs 912 crore for development work and Rs 60 crore for development of villages.

The revised budget of 2015-16 was Rs 2,469.21 crore and village development revised amount was Rs 23.12 crore.

The authority is expecting income of Rs 4,033.49 crore.

From existing allottees, additional amount of Rs 2,289 crore is likely to be collected.

For new projects, Rs 319 crore is proposed.

Further, 21,000 allottees of residential scheme have been given relief for payment of additional amount demand.
 

Now instead of payment in 4 installments, board has approved payment in eight installments.

Those allottees who do not want to pay additional demand amount can surrender the allotment.

If such allottee has paid one time lease rent then after deduction of lease rent till date due rest amount will be refunded.
