Young Mizo Association (YMA) today decided to go to the extreme border village of Tuipuibari tomorrow to secure the release of Deep Mondal of West Bengal, who was abducted by suspected Bru militants two months ago.
The YMA volunteers have also threatened to enter Bangladesh while searching for Mondal, a daily-wage worker for a firm franchising works of Airtel company who was kept in captivity inside Bangladesh since November 23, a senior official said.
The 'search party', to secure release of Mondal, comprising of leaders and members of YMA today met at Damparengpui village in Mizoram-Bangladesh-Tripura border Mamit district.

Mamit district SP Rodingliana Chawngthu told PTI over phone that around 100 'search party' members were planning to go to the extreme border village of Tuipuibari tomorrow.
Chawngthu said that no law and order problem has arisen so far and there has been no report of Bru community members leaving the state for fear of communal backlash.
While two Mizos abducted by the armed Bru goons and kept as hostage for ransom in connivance with the NLFT were released on January 21, Mondal continued to be in captivity.
