Press Trust of India Jaipur
Press Council of India chairman Justice (retd) C K Prasad has said that Yoga should not be taken as "wonder drug" but it should be regarded as a science that deals with human body, mind and soul.

Addressing the inaugural ceremony of a three day national media conference in Mount Abu yesterday, Prasad said that Yoga should not be taken as a wonder drug or a 'Jadu-Tona' that will do everything perfect but it should be seen as a science.

He said that yoga is a philosophy and a symbol of unity and harmony, which finds a place in India Vedic philosophy.

Prasad said that yoga, which has now become global, makes a person disciplined.

The three-day seminar is being held at the Prajapita Brahmakumari Ishwariya Vishwavidhyalya in Sirohi district's Mout Abu, according to a release.
