A youth has been arrested for his alleged involvement in the killing of a 30-year-old man in Dwarka and a road rage case in Kanjhawla, police said today.
The accused, Aman (21), the son a Delhi government employee was wanted in cases of murder and attempt to murder, they said.
On May 30, Puneet Yadav was shot dead in Chhawla area of southwest Delhi while Vikas (30) was killed in Dwarka on July 17. The later was shot at 13 times. A pamphlet, bearing the name of gangster Rajesh Kandela alias Bharti, was also found at the spot of the crime, police said.

The next day, a 21-year-old man was shot dead and his elder brother received bullet injuries as the accused had apparently lost temper when they could not give way to this car because of heavy traffic.
During investigation, it was found that members of Rajesh Bharti gang had carried out the killings. They used to leave pamphlets at the spot of crime to establish the identity and supremacy of their gang in the NCR, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Southwest) Surender Kumar said.
The police raided suspected hideouts of the accused in and around Delhi. Yesterday, on learning that Aman was coming to his village in Najafgarh to kill some of his rivals he was arrested and two cars were seized, the officer said.
"He is fond of Bollywood movies, specially those based on gangsters and their lives. Aman aspired to become a gangster like the characters played by Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt," the DCP said.
Aman had first killed a man at the age of 17. Later he joined the Rajesh Bharti gang. Bharti is wanted in many cases of murder and cases under MCOCA, police said.
Vikas, who was killed in Dwarka, had an extra-marital affair with wife of one Praveen, who is a friend of Devender, an alleged member of the gang. Devender killed Vikas with the help of Aman, the police officer said.
