The youth, Navneet Yadav, was produced in a court here after his arrest and then remanded to judicial custody.
A senior police official said that efforts were on to apprehend another accused Raju, a resident of Dakhora village, who had taken away the girl on August 8 to a hotel near Rewari where she was allegedly raped by him and Navneet.
Navneet is a resident of Baldhan Kalan village and is employed in a school in Mahendergarh district, police said, adding, Raju was absconding.
