A 22-year-old youth was beaten to death allegedly by a man and his four sons over an old enmity in the Raya district here, police said today.
Naeem was returning from a marriage function when Mukeem and his four sons Iqbal, Danish, Ashiq and Aamu attacked him with sticks last night, police said.
The accused fled after locals gathered at the spot on hearing Naeem's cries, they said.
He died on the spot.
Naeem's family has registered a complaint against the five accused, police said, adding that no arrest has been made so far.
