A 23-year-old man was killed after he was hit by a beer bottle on neck allegedly by two persons at Kharkhari village, about 12 km from here, police said today.
The incident occurred last evening when the victim, Pradeep was allegedly hit on the neck fatally by two youths identified as Gajraj and Kalia after a squabble, they said.
On the complaint of the victim's elder brother, a case of murder was registered against the two absconding accused, police said.
Efforts are on the nab the absconding accused, they said, adding investigation is underway.
