Youth dies during BSF recruitment trial in UP

A 22-year-old youth today died after he collapsed during a running test for recruitment into the Border Security Force here, police said.

Asim, a resident of Majhauna village in Jyotiba Phule Nagar district, fell on the ground unconscious while running during recruitment process at the Bhitaura camp of the BSF, they said.

He was rushed to the district hospital where the doctors declared him dead, police said.

Asim was brought dead to the hospital, Chief Medical Officer, Dr Vijay Singh Yadav said, adding the body has been sent for postmortem.
