A 20-year-old youth died after
being hit by a speeding truck here, police sources said.
Narayan, a resident of Ramnagar Karjahan under Khorabar Police station area, was run over by a truck as he could not see the vehicle coming towards him due to dense fog yesterday, they said, adding that he died while being taken to a hospital.
The driver of the vehicle fled from the scene after the incident. A hunt is on to nab him, the sources said. This is the second accident here due to fog in two days. A man had died on Monday in a similar incident.
