Body of Jitendra, 20, was found at around 8 AM this morning by a group of children who were playing in Chauhanpur in east Delhi.
The children alerted elders in the area about a body with bullet wounds lying in the playground.
The family members and others rushed to the spot and informed the police.
Police said personal enmity could be the reason behind the incident.
