Youth gets 5-year jail for abducting minor girl

A local court today sentenced a youth to five years imprisonment for abducting a 14-year-old girl here.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Manoj Kumar also imposed a fine of Rs 7,000 on Rohtash after holding guilty under section 363 and 366 of IPC.

The girl was abducted by Rohtash from Binda village under Kairana police station in Shamli district on June 14, 2013.

She was later rescued.
