A youth was arrested for sexually exploiting a girl and making her obscene MMS clip in Kotwali area, police said here today.
Ubaid Afzal (22) lured the 16-year-old girl and allegedly exploited her for two years. He later made an obscene video of the girl which he circulated among his friends, in-charge SHO Mohan Verma said.
A case was lodged after the victim's father lodged a complaint against the youth yesterday.
