A youth was arrested today with 740 intoxicant capsules in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said.
Acting on a tip off, Birbal Mehra was intercepted and 740 capsules of Parvan-Spas, a pain killer widely misused for intoxication because of its opioid contents, were seized from him, a police officer said.
