A 20-year-old youth was found dead in a pool of blood near his village in Odisha's Ganjam district today, the police said.
The deceased was identified as Jiten Kumar Goud of Bandhaguda village under Badagada police station limits, about 80 km from here. The body was sent for post-mortem.
The killers might have stabbed him to death and then cut the body at different places, said inspector-in charge, Badagada B K Routray.
"Preliminary investigation indicate the murder could be linked to a love affair. Further probe is on," Routray added.
