A 26-year-old youth was today shot dead by a man over a property dispute in Phulera area in the district, police said.
Naresh Kumar was shot dead this morning by Mohan Lal, whose relative had some property related dispute with Kumar, they said.
Mohan stopped Naresh near the former's house when he was going for work and opened fire leaving him dead, police said, adding, that the accused has been detained.
The weapon of murder could not be immediately recovered and the accused is being questioned, they added.
