Two youths have been arrested for allegedly killing a minor girl near Mandhana town here after a failed attempt of rape, police said today.
Manish Savita and Adarsh Savita were arrested yesterday for killing a four-year-old girl and throwing her away in a pond near Mandhana town here after they failed to rape her, they said.
The victim was missing from her home since Saturday, police said, adding that her body was found yesterday from the pond.
The accused have confessed to their crime and a case has been registered against them under relevant sections of IPC, they added.
