India's top singles player Yuki Bhambri, who won the Pune Challenger today, will open his campaign at the Bengaluru Open against compatriot Sriram N Balaji as the draw was made for the USD 100,000 event here.

As many as nine Indians have made it to the main draw with the last round of qualifiers slated tomorrow from where four players will make it to the main round.

It will be a huge task for Balaji to take on Yuki. He had lost to Aleksandr Nedovyesov in the second round of the Pune tournament.

Second seeded Spaniard Adrian Menendez Maceiras (126th) and India's Sumit Nagal will meet qualifiers.

Tournament top seed Slovanian Blaz Kavcic, ranked 102 on the ATP list owing to his early exit from the Pune ATP, will also look to make amends next week.

Kavcic will meet 248th ranked Brkic Tomislav of Bosnia in the first round.

Ramkumar Ramanathan, seeded fifth, will take on Hugo Grennier of France and Sweden's Elias Ymer, seeded fourth, will play India's wild card holder Suraj Prabodh.

Sixth seeded Evan King from US will play against Prajnesh Gunneswaran.

Serbias Pedja Krstin and Kazak Aleksandr Nedoyesov are seeded seventh and eighth respectively.

The winner will walk away with a cheque of USD 14,400 and 100 ATP ranking points. The runner-up stands to gain USD 8480 and 60 points.
