The 20-year-old pop star was photographed with two of his fingers taped together during a rehearsal break outside a studio here, reported Sun online.
He also had a bandage wrapped around his right hand and wrist, and some scratches were evident from his knuckles.
The reason behind the injury is still unknown.
Malik hit the headlines last week after he was accused of cheating his girlfriend, pop star Perrie Edwards.
Malik travelled his way back to Britain from France to be with Edwards and they have reportedly decided not to split.
