"A state-level committee headed by the chief secretary would be set up, and it would meet quarterly to review all cases of atrocities on women and the action taken by various authorities," Singh said.
Similarly, a district-level committee headed by the respective Deputy Commissioners would meet once in a month to take stock of the situation, he said.
