Elsewhere, copper armature and brass utensils scrap also regained marginally due to mild offtake from industrial users.
The industrial metal trading slightly higher at the LME in early trade but held near their weakest level since June on nagging worries about economic growth in top consumer China ahead of the release of a closely-watched data.

Zinc moved up by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 188 from Monday's closing level of Rs 186.
Copper armature and brass utensils scrap inched-up by Re 1 per kg each to Rs 465 and Rs 335, respectively.
However, copper cable scrap and copper wire bar softened by Re 1 per kg each to Rs 482 and Rs 510.
