(Reuters) - Mexican Foreign Minister Luis Videgaray said in Washington on Wednesday that had agreed with U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross to continue with a "serious" renegotiation process of the North American Free Trade Agreement.
