MUMBAI (Reuters) - India's stock markets slumped more than 4 percent on Monday, tracking big falls in their Asian counterparts as a rout in Chinese equities sparked widespread unrest in global financial markets.
The BSE Sensex fell as much as 4.21 percent while the Nifty slumped as much as 4.32 percent.
The 30-share Sensex was down 3.69 percent while the broader Nifty fell 3.76 percent at 12:01 p.m.
