Net profit at Rs 6.92 crore was 98 per cent of the net profit earned during the year ended December 1995. The company expects sales turnover of over Rs 150 crore and net profit of over Rs 15 crore for the year ended December 1996. Aptech has computer training institutions with 640 centres all over India. It provides computer education in the fields of programming and software engineering and conducts courses in software exports and the training needs in this area. The emphasised areas are Arena and Hard-core which are seen as major expansion opportunities for the company. It plans to launch centres in Malaysia and Kenya by April 1997.
