The Delhi-based Fortune Institute of International Business (FIIB) has introduced a programme on World Trade Organisation (WTO) regulations as a part of its international business course. The programme has been developed keeping in mind the changing dynamics of international trade post-WTO regime. |
The curriculum lays emphasis on the functions of major international institutions such as International Monetary Fund, World Bank and so on, with special reference to the WTO and its related areas. |
Apart from training on various financial and regulatory bodies, the course will provide an understanding of policies and reforms such as market access issues; trade and tariff preferences; customs valuation and customs reforms; anti-dumping policies; trade-related investment measures, safeguards and subsidies; government procurements; multilateral disciplines; environment regulations and so on.
