In a move that is expected to have significant political repercussions, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) yesterday decided to prosecute Bihar Chief Minister and Janata Dal president Laloo Prasad Yadav along with his arch-rival, former Chief Minister and senior Congress leader Jagannath Mishra, in connection with the Rs 950-crore animal husbandry scam.
