The scheme was started to promote tourism in India and was available on the airline's domestic network for unlimited travel for 21 days. This offer would cost $500 per person. However, the new rates offered to foreign tourists pegs the package at $750. The new rate would be effective from October 1, 1996. However, from October 1, the new fare of $300 per person would be applicable.
