It has achieved a 24 per cent growth in disbursements. In the current fiscal, disbursements in the individual housing loan segment were at Rs 48 crore against Rs 39 crore in the corresponding quarter of 1999-2000.
The overall housing loan portfolio has increased to Rs 440 crore with the retail housing segment comprising of nearly 93 per cent, an increase from 78 per cent on March 31, 1999.
Gruh has been maintaining a recovery ratio of 99.35 per cent as per the National Housing Board guidelines in the individual loan segment. As on March 31, Gruh's asset base stood at Rs 506 crore.

Its retail deposit base has surged from Rs 134.93 crore as on March 31, 2000, to Rs 141.38 crore as on June 30, 2000.
Crisil has assigned a FAA- rating to Gruh for its fixed deposit programme. The rating takes into account Gruh's market position and asset quality in the individual housing loan segment. As on March 31, Gruh had gross non-performing assets of 0.4 per cent.
